チームのMission/Vision/Value策定

昨年10月頃より、会社の仕事の一部として、出向者や出張者サポートメンバーを率いているのですが、今年の4月よりチームのMission/Vision/Valueを定めましたので、ご参考まで。

国籍や考え方のチームを率いるときに拠り所となるのが、Misson/Vision/Valueと思って、色んな会社様のステートメントなんかも参考にさせていただきながら、作成しました。一体感のあるチームになって、Missonを成し遂げられる組織を目指していきたいです！

Mission
To contribute in providing high quality support for our internal customers wherein they will be able to give their “best performance” with good motivation for the achievement of their mission.

Vision
1. To be the “No.1 team” that gives the best value to our internal customer among other affiriate of our company and Japanese company in the Philippines.

2. To be able to contribute in imparting to our internal customers the love not only for our company but also for the Philippines after visiting our company.
